I rmb Mr Goh Hong Fei taught us a song when we were sec 1 or 2. It is called NPCC MARCH.
It sounds darn ULU and awful. Recently i found this song at the NPCC website.

And I came upon the Npcc officer official blog and i saw....
the old NPCC days.
There were even one post abt the Headquarter's staff marriage, and it wrote "Siew Lea is our alumni management committee member for years... Her next mission is to help Singapore to increase the population...". LOLS
